Purchase your train tour tickets at our Train Station which is located about 200 meters west of Kimberley’s pedestrian mall — known as the Platzl — 111 Gerry Sorensen Way.

Kimberley’s Underground Mining Railway is open on Saturday and Sundays starting Victoria Day Weekend. Kids Ride Free on 10am 1 Hour Train Trips until July. Starting in July we are open Thursday through Monday until Labour Day. A huge thanks to the many generous Kimberley and area businesses that donated to the Kids Ride Free program in the pre-season. You gave many young families a special gift that was very much appreciated!

Train Schedule 2025

1 Hour Scenic Tour @10am

2 Hour Mining Interpretive Tours @11am,1pm,3pm

All Tours include the scenic train ride through the interpretive center tunnel, as well as a tour of the historic powerhouse. The 2 hour tours are not recommended for those with young children. All tours are wheelchair and scooter accessible. (1 Scooter or Wheelchair Access Per Train)
