Our last daily run was Labour Day. Monday September 2.

However, we are going to be open Sept 7 & 8.

Our last Saturday will coincide with the Kimberley First Saturday event. To celebrate that day, we will be working with the Kimberley Alpine Resort to do Platz to Peak tours, which will include a combined scenic train ride to the resort and back and a chairlift ride. These tours will run hourly from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Fares will be $20 for adults and $10 for children for the combined tour. (Children must be at least 3 years old to ride the chairlift). Tickets will be available at the Downtown Station.

For those who wish to do the scenic train ride only, fares are: children 3 and under – free, children $8 and adults $12.

Clarence Ull will be at the Downtown Station with his accordion to make waiting for the train that much more fun.

Tuck’s Troubadours will be entertaining at the Downtown Station with performances at 2:00 and 3:00. Also the Elks Club will be on hand to provide food for hungry riders.

Sept. 8, our last Sunday, will be a Customer Appreciation Day.? We will be running our regular Resort Express run at 10:00 a.m. (Children 3 and under – free, Children – $8, Adults $12).? Our regular mining tours will run at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. (Children 3 and under – free, Children – $8, Adult – $15).
